Security guard software
for car dealerships
A dealership lot is millions of dollars of inventory sitting outdoors overnight, often behind nothing more than a curb. Thieves come for catalytic converters, wheels and whole vehicles, and car carriers arrive after hours. CGuardPro proves the officer walked every row, documents damage with photos the moment it is found, and lets the general manager read the night before the sales floor opens. Trusted by 600+ security companies worldwide.

Short answer
Car dealership security guard software has to prove the lot was watched all night: every row, the service drive and the overflow lot, with any damage or theft documented before the morning crew arrives. CGuardPro verifies QR or NFC checkpoint scans across the lot with time and position, lets officers file incidents with photos, logs after-hours car-carrier deliveries with plates read from a photo, and gives the general manager a portal for their rooftop.

Where dealership contracts are won or lost
Damage found in the morning, with no story
A cut catalytic converter or a missing set of wheels shows up when the porters arrive. If the overnight officer's patrol and observations are not on record, the dealer assumes nobody was watching.
The back rows get skipped
The front line under the lights is easy to patrol. The overflow lot, the body shop yard and the back fence are where theft happens, and where unverified patrols tend to cut corners.
After-hours deliveries nobody logged
Car carriers unload late at night. Without a log of the truck, the driver and the time, disputes about delivery damage have nothing to stand on.
How a dealership runs on CGuardPro
Checkpoints across the whole lot
QR codes or NFC tags on light poles in each row, the service drive, the body shop yard, the overflow lot and the key room door. Each scan is verified server-side, and a checkpoint can ask for a photo, so the morning record shows the lot as the officer saw it.
Incidents with photos, filed on the spot
Break-ins, cut converters, trespassers and vandalism are reported from the phone with photos, category and severity, and visible in dispatch straight away.
Delivery and vehicle log
The officer logs each car carrier and visitor vehicle with the plate read from a photo, the driver and the time in and out. Plates on the post's banned list raise an alert.
The dealer reads the night
The general manager or dealer principal gets a portal limited to their rooftop with patrols, daily activity reports and incidents. Dealer groups can see each store separately.
What the dealership gets

Frequently asked questions
How do we prove the officer patrolled the back lot? +
Each checkpoint scan carries the time, the phone's position and the identified officer, and is verified when it reaches the system. The tour reads as a whole: which rows were covered, which were skipped and how long it took. A missed tour raises an alert.
Can the officer document damage they find on a vehicle? +
Yes. Incidents are filed from the phone with photos, category and severity, and checkpoints can require a photo, so the record shows what the lot looked like at a given time.
Does CGuardPro connect to our cameras or our dealer management system? +
No. CGuardPro does not integrate with camera systems or dealer management systems. If the dealership has an intrusion panel, the alarm receiver can take its signals in Contact ID, SIA DC-09 or Surgard format.
We run several rooftops. Can each store see only its own lot? +
Yes. Each client portal is limited to the sites you grant, so a store's GM sees that store, and a group-level contact can be given more than one.
How much does it cost? +
USD 5 per user per month (anyone with a login), one plan with every feature, plus a one-time implementation of USD 299.99, with a 7-day free trial.
