Security guard software integrations
the short, honest list
CGuardPro connects to other systems in five ways today: approved hours go to Gusto payroll for US companies and to QuickBooks Online, attendance and hours export as CSV, Excel or PDF for any other system, a built-in receiver takes alarm panel signals in Contact ID, SIA DC-09 and Surgard formats, and live video plays from RTSP and ONVIF cameras and recorders. All five are included in the single plan. We would rather show you a short list that works than a long wall of logos.
What connects to CGuardPro?
Payroll · US companies
Gusto payroll
Approved hours go to Gusto as time sheets, one per shift, already split into regular, overtime and double overtime. Included in the plan at no extra cost. Your admin still runs payroll in Gusto.
How the Gusto connection works →Payroll and accounting
QuickBooks Online
Approved hours by officer and post go to QuickBooks Online, so whoever runs payroll there starts from the verified record instead of retyping timesheets.
How the QuickBooks connection works →CSV · Excel · PDF
Hours and attendance exports
Attendance and hours by officer, post and client for any period, exported as CSV, Excel or PDF. This is how hours reach any payroll system other than Gusto or QuickBooks, and how billable hours reach your invoicing.

Alarm panels
A built-in alarm receiver accepts panel signals in Contact ID, SIA DC-09 and Surgard formats. Each signal opens a case in the same live queue as guard panic alerts and client SOS.
See alarm monitoring →RTSP · ONVIF
Cameras and recorders
Live video from IP cameras and DVR/NVR recorders that expose RTSP or ONVIF, in the browser. A small relay at the site sends video outbound, so no port has to be opened on the client network.

Why is the list this short?
A guard company needs very few systems to talk to its operations platform: the payroll that pays the officers, the alarm panels it monitors, and the cameras it watches. Everything else a guard operation runs on — scheduling, clock-in with GPS and a selfie, guard tours, incident reports, daily activity reports, post orders, visitor logs, push-to-talk radio and the client portal — lives inside CGuardPro already, so there is nothing to integrate.
The other boundary is deliberate. CGuardPro does not run payroll and does not invoice your clients. It produces the record both depend on: who worked which post, for how long, with what evidence. With Gusto or QuickBooks that record travels on its own; with any other system it travels as an export.
How do hours get to payroll if we use neither Gusto nor QuickBooks?
Through the export. Attendance and hours consolidate by officer, post and client for the range you choose, and download as CSV, Excel or PDF. Because each punch carries a selfie, a geofence check and server time, the totals you export are the ones you can defend if an officer or a client questions them later. The details are on time and attendance and payroll and billing hours.
Frequently asked questions
What does CGuardPro integrate with?+
Five things today: Gusto for US payroll, QuickBooks Online, CSV/Excel/PDF exports of attendance and hours, alarm panels that report in Contact ID, SIA DC-09 or Surgard format, and IP cameras or DVR/NVR recorders that expose RTSP or ONVIF. That is the complete list, and this page is kept to it on purpose.
Which payroll systems does CGuardPro send hours to?+
Gusto and QuickBooks Online, directly. For any other provider, export the approved hours by officer and period as CSV or Excel and import them into your payroll run. Ask for a sample export during the trial and hand it to whoever runs your payroll before you decide.
Is there an extra charge for integrations?+
No. The Gusto and QuickBooks connections, the exports, the alarm receiver and video are part of the single plan at $5 per user per month. The only other fee is the optional one-time $299.99 implementation package.
Is there a public API or a Zapier connector?+
Not today. If your project depends on one, tell us what you need to move and where, and we will tell you plainly whether one of the connections above covers it.
Does CGuardPro invoice our clients?+
No. CGuardPro is an operations platform. It produces the hours and the evidence behind them, by client and post, so your billable hours are defensible, but the invoice itself is produced in the accounting or billing system you already use.
