Expected guests
shouldn’t wait at the gate
Calling the resident every time a visitor arrives slows down the gate and annoys everyone. With CGuardPro your client pre-authorizes the visitor in their app and shares a QR code; the officer scans it and the entry goes into the visitor log.

Short answer
Visitor pre-authorization lets a resident or tenant approve a guest before they arrive. In CGuardPro the client creates the pre-authorization from the client app or web portal and receives a QR code to send to the visitor. At arrival, the officer scans the QR with the guard app; a valid code records the entry in the post’s visitor log. The client can revoke a pre-authorization at any time.

The gate bottleneck
Call, wait, call again
Every unannounced visitor means a phone call to a resident who may not answer.
Lists that go stale
A paper list of expected guests is out of date by noon.
No record of who approved
When something goes wrong, nobody can show who let the visitor in.
How pre-authorization works
The client approves ahead
From their app or portal, the resident registers the expected visitor.
The visitor gets a QR
The client shares the code with their guest.
The officer scans it
At the door, the guard app reads the QR and validates it.
The entry is logged
A valid scan creates the entry in the visitor log, linked to the client who approved it.
What the post gains
- Faster entry for expected guests
- Fewer calls to residents and tenants
- Approval recorded with a name
- Revocation in the client’s hands
- Same visitor log as walk-in visitors
