What actually happens on the demo call?
We walk through a live operation rather than a slide deck: a shift being scheduled, an officer clocking in, a patrol verified checkpoint by checkpoint, an incident filed from the phone, and what the client sees in their portal. If you tell us your sector beforehand we set the example up around it.
Do we have to install anything to see it?
No. The management side runs in the browser and the demo is shown there. If you want to feel the officer side, we can put the app on a phone during the call — it installs from the usual app stores.
Can we try it with our own sites before deciding?
Yes. There is a free trial of the full product, and the fastest way to judge it is to set up one real site with its posts and patrol route and run it for a few shifts. The pricing page has the current terms.
Can you bring our existing guards, sites and clients across?
Yes. Rosters, sites and client lists are imported during onboarding instead of being retyped, and the setup is done with you — sites and posts first, then patrol rules, then the invitations to the officers.
How is it priced?
A monthly subscription per user, covering admins, supervisors, officers and the client logins you hand out, plus a one-time onboarding setup. The pricing page lists the current figures and what is included, so nothing on the call is a surprise.
Do you work with companies outside the United States?
Yes. The platform is used by security companies in several countries, and the panel and the officer app are available in more than one language, so an operation with teams in different countries can share one system.
