The gate records itself
Every vehicle is registered on entry with its plate — the app can read it from a photo — plus the driver, the authorisation and the exit time. The rules for each gate decide what is required before a truck goes through.
Perimeter checkpoints along the fence
QR checkpoints at the gates, the corners, the docks and the tank areas. Each scan carries the time, the position and the identified officer, verified when it arrives.
Vehicle rounds with a trail

Frequently asked questions
Can the app capture the truck's plate? +
Yes. The officer photographs the plate and the app reads it into the entry, along with the driver, who authorised the movement and the time. The entry stays searchable, and the exit is recorded against it.
How do we know a trailer has been in the yard too long? +
Each gate has its own rules for how long a vehicle may stay. A vehicle past that window is flagged in the log instead of quietly staying there, so someone actually goes and looks.
The yard has dead spots. Does the app still work? +
Yes. Checkpoint scans, gate entries, reports and clock-ins are stored on the phone with their real time and position, and upload themselves when the officer is back in coverage.
Can a perimeter round be signed from the guard house? +
No. The scan is validated against the checkpoint's position and the route's sequence and timing when it reaches the system, so a code scanned from somewhere else does not count as a completed point.
Do you cover patrol vehicles that visit several sites a night? +
Yes. Patrol supervisors have their own app for vehicle rounds: the sites visited, what was checked at each stop and the GPS trail of the whole run, filed as one round.
How much of this does the client see? +
As much as you decide to expose. Their portal is limited to their own sites and shows the rounds completed, the reports filed and the incidents raised, with the real times.
