Security guard software
for retail and shopping centers
A shopping center is one site with a dozen problems at once: the floors, the loading dock, the parking decks and everything the tenants report. The officers cover it from one app — patrols that are verified, incidents documented with photos, and a radio channel that works without buying handsets — while dispatch watches the whole thing on one board.

What retail contracts lose on
Incidents that never become records
A theft, a fall by the escalator, an argument in the food court. Told over the radio, gone by the end of the shift, and unavailable the day the center asks what happened this month.
Parking decks nobody can confirm were patrolled
The levels furthest from the entrance are the ones the round quietly skips, and they are exactly the ones the center is worried about.
Radio traffic that leaves no trace
Everything important is said out loud and written down nowhere, so the supervisor's report is built from memory the following morning.

Checkpoints across floors and decks
QR codes on the floors, at the loading dock, the emergency exits and each parking level, scanned from the officer's own phone and verified against the route and its timing.
Incidents filed on the spot
The officer reports from the phone with photos, category and severity. It reaches dispatch immediately and stays in the site history instead of in someone's memory.
Push-to-talk that leaves a record
The team talks over the app's radio channels — no handsets to buy for a new site — and the important events are still written as reports, not just spoken.
One board for the whole center
Dispatch sees who is on duty, where they are, which rounds are complete and which alarms are open, across every post in the property.
What changes for the center
- Verified rounds on every floor and every parking level
- Incident reports with photos and severity, available the same day
- Push-to-talk channels on the officers' phones, with no handsets to buy
- Panic button wired into your monitoring center
- Live view of who is on duty and where, across the whole property
- A monthly picture built from records, not from recollection
Frequently asked questions
How do we prove the parking decks were patrolled? +
Each level carries its own checkpoint, and each scan carries the time, the phone's position and the identified officer, verified when it reaches the system. A level that was skipped shows as skipped instead of disappearing into a completed round.
Will the app work down in the parking structure with no signal? +
Yes. Scans, reports and clock-ins are stored on the phone with their real times and upload when the officer comes back into coverage.
Do we have to replace our radios? +
No, but a new contract does not have to buy any. The app carries push-to-talk channels over the data connection, and it releases the microphone when the officer needs the phone for something else.
Can center management see the incidents at their property? +
Yes, through their own portal, limited to their site: the rounds completed, the activity reports with photos and the incidents raised, with the times they really happened.
We cover several centers. Is that one system or several? +
One. Every site, post and officer lives in the same operation, and the live board filters by client, by site or by the supervisor responsible for an area.
How is it billed as we add seasonal staff? +
Per user per month, so the cost follows the headcount actually working. A seat freed when a temporary officer is deactivated stops being billed.
