Built for the security industry.
By people who get it.
CGuardPro was built to solve a real problem: security companies running critical operations on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and paper forms. We set out to build the platform the industry actually deserves.
Our Story
Security companies protect what matters most — people, property, and assets. Yet the back-office tools available to them were decades behind. Guard schedules lived in Excel. Incident reports went out via WhatsApp. Invoices were handwritten.
We built CGuardPro to change that. A modern, mobile-first platform that gives security operations the same quality of tooling that large enterprises take for granted — accessible to companies of any size.
From day one, every feature has been designed with one question in mind: does this make a security professional's job easier?
What we stand for

Frequently asked questions
Who is CGuardPro for?
Companies that put officers on other people's property: contract guarding, mobile patrol operators and in-house security departments. The whole product is built around a shift, a post and a client — not around a generic workforce app with security features bolted on.
What does the platform actually cover?
The operation end to end: scheduling and rotations, clock-in with selfie and position, QR patrols, the digital activity and incident log, panic button, push-to-talk radio, GPS supervision, vehicle patrols, the gate and visitor log, the monitoring center and the portal each of your clients gets.
Do we have to buy hardware from you?
No. The officer uses the phone they already carry, and checkpoints are printed QR codes or NFC tags. There are no wands, no readers and no proprietary terminal to replace when it breaks or disappears.
Is there a version for the officers, or do they use the same system?
They have their own app, and so do supervisors and your clients. Each one only sees what their job needs: the officer their shift and posts, the supervisor their rounds and their team, the client their own properties.
What languages are available?
The management panel and the officer app are available in English and Spanish, chosen per person, so a bilingual operation runs on one system with each side reading their own language.
How do we start?
With a demo built around your operation, then a free trial. Onboarding loads your sites, posts and roster, sets the patrol rules and invites the officers to the app — usually starting with one real site before rolling out the rest.
Ready to see it in action?
